    Operations management is the oversight of all the main areas of the company food. It touches everything that is critical for the smooth running of the food business, from whether the manager schedules the team to proper inventory management. the company of The food industry may be functioning well on a daily basis, but short-term inefficiencies end up becoming ingrained and persistent problems.     This semester, in the Logistics Management module, we will analyze individually each step of an operational process of a real company, and identify, based on the subjects developed in the semester, how each process works in the practice and through this analysis, we will develop ideas for improvements that aim to greater process fluidity, better efficiency and effectiveness, identification of failures and, according to with the results obtained, restructure the company's processes, reducing costs and identifying the feasibility of investments that will increase the company's profits.

    Data from Euromonitor international show that the healthy food sector grew 33% across the country between 2015 and 2020, with this Brazil is the 7th in the world in the healthy food and beverage market. Furthermore, this industry has reached mark of R$100.2 billion in 2020 and, by 2025, the sector is expected to grow another 27%. Consequently, in order to have a good result, it is necessary to have a logistical planning. For Ballou (2006) “logistics planning seeks to respond to questions that are constant in the field like: what, when and how. These questions develop in three levels that are known as levels: strategic, tactical and operational, in which they differ with each other only by the time horizon of planning, where the strategic is considered long term. term, the tactical has an intermediate time and the operational one is a short-term decision-making process with decisions taken daily. Each level of planning has specific particularities and that must be in tune with the processes.”

    The purpose of the work is to build a process improvement project from the company. Process Management enables the company Canal Business Way to respond diverse changes driven by globalization by directing and integrating the processes critical success in itself, the organizational structure of the company, the organization of work, the management of people, culture and values, among other dimensions, for the satisfaction of the final customer. Analyzing the data, information that the entrepreneurs passed on to us, we used all the learning content in the classes, and we put it into practice, developing techniques where the that was seen in the classroom, could be applied in a practical way in the company, consequently bringing new ideas, improvements, adjustments where those inside the organization could not to see.

    This project aims to carry out an analysis to understand what are the best cost reduction and revenue increase strategies for the company Sabor de Family through a consultancy to businessman Leonardo.     In Module 07 of the Administration - Production Management course, the purpose of the work is the elaboration of a project for a new alignment of the organization of information and internal and external processes with Canal Business Way's customers (BW). The development of this, introduces the disciplines of this module, namely, Logistics Integrated Management, Strategic Cost Management, Production Administration and Projects and Processes. Modeling technical proposals will be presented to leverage the projects of the company, such as Flowchart which are steps that relate to each other, this mapping of processes that the company develops is an important strategy for improvement projects, being essential for the team to understand how the process currently works and to identify the next steps.

The company presented was Sabor de Família, it is a company active in the retail trade of goods in general, with a predominance of food products - mini-markets, grocery stores, warehouses, where it also supplies food prepared mainly for home consumption, its headquarters are located in the city of Cravinhos, the franchise we provide consultancy and Anita Cristina Martiello located in Avenida Doutor Durval Nicolau, 1016, Jardim Nova São João in the city of São João da Boa Vista, whose store has been in operation since October 15, 2021.
