Furthermore, this industry has reached mark of R$100.2 billion in 2020 and, by 2025, the sector is expected to grow another 27%. Consequently, in order to have a good result, it is necessary to have a logistical planning. For Ballou (2006) “logistics planning seeks to respond to questions that are constant in the field like: what, when and how. These questions develop in three levels that are known as levels: strategic, tactical and operational, in which they differ with each other only by the time horizon of planning, where the strategic is considered long term. term, the tactical has an intermediate time and the operational one is a short-term decision-making process with decisions taken daily. Each level of planning has specific particularities and that must be in tune with the processes.”
