Data show that they have increased, placing it among the 10 countries with the highest suicide rates in the world, as stated by psychiatrist Neury José Botega (2004) in his article. The data for the elaboration of this article were based on the problems generated through the production of its materials, such as steel waste and waste, as well as knowing the company's ideals, social and environmental plans. To complete the project, the group conducted interviews and surveys with the company and its managers. After analysis, the group will present the results.
