In this Integrated Project, we will analyze how risk management is essential for
threats in development, managing risk is a process that requires caution being
complex, applying management policies, procedures, practices oriented to
realization of opportunity and the management of adverse effects that may give rise to variations in the
ultimate goal. We will also show how the risk matrix helps for probability and
impact that must be calculated, obtaining the result, thus showing in which decision
fits better.
