As we need to interview the company beforehand, we chose Incepa Revestimento Cerâmicos, which is a follow-on company S.A. The importance of a career plan and positions and salaries in the company is the motivation for your employees, as it also helps with productivity, knowing how to choose someone who can add and who has a profile for the vacancy, helps to avoid future problems such as dismissal or dismissal. Therefore, we will talk about recruitment and selection and its importance, in addition to feedback after the job interview, to help the candidate and the image of the company.
