    Observing the theme of the Integrated Project of this module the team decided more once to highlight the Japanese company Toyota. One of the reasons for the choice was that one of the team members had already been years in the company, thus having full access to the documentation. Furthermore, we can understand that highlighting this company would be a good solution because it works worldwide, making the team develop a great work in a clear and objective way. In this integrated project, we will deal with labor obligations, plans strategic within the context of people along with career plan and salaries.
