The contents presented contain duly referenced information that demonstrate the authenticity of the contents presented, developing competence attitudes for project presentation, adding experience and knowledge in the during the career development process.

    The interdisciplinary project aims to apply, in a practical way, the knowledge of the disciplines studied in the academic period in question. This job is a survey of how Banco Itaú S.A works and how structured the internal policy. In this semester we studied the subjects of Job and Salary Plan and Administration of Personnel and Labor Obligations, in which we will address some aspects about the company that we got through internet searches and talking with people who work and have worked in this company. As the project progresses, we will be delving deeper into the topics and further explaining the operation of this large company in the banking sector, which has more than 5,000 branches throughout Brazil.

    This project was developed with a real company, in order to analyze the forms of work of Droga Raia branch of Casa Branca -S. P , regarding the policy of positions and salaries, along with recruitment and selection of personnel and certain other aspects of personal and behavioral management within the processes mentioned above. For development, concepts worked on in the disciplines of the in classes, together with the application of information from sources of studies external files found on the internet. We seek to clearly and objectively expose the data collected via research face-to-face at Droga Raia, contextualizing the practices carried out in the company, highlighting experiences that we think are correct for our training in relation to job and salary policy and recruitment and selection. We will also address the point of good practices of these disciplines, where we can point out improvements in the process internal about these issues worked and identify the best way to follow these processes.

    There is a Latin thought that says the following: finis origine pendet, that translating it would be: “the end depends on the beginning”. As we look into our Project Integrator (PI), we can see that when we apply it to the disciplines studied, the thought above, it shows the importance of having well planned which path let's walk in professional life, which begins not only in the interview with HR (Human Resources), but it also depends on the academic choices we make. This IP aims to use the studied concepts, relating them to organizational practice, in this case, the Kohler company, addressing the disciplines Positions salaries and career plan, personnel administration and labor obligations. With studies of the concepts learned in the disciplines and the data available from the company, it is possible to develop an analytical work, aligning theoretical knowledge with the organizational practices.

    This Integrated Project has as its main theme a Job Plan and Salaries, and this is a document where the company, the managers, describe the functions, attributions and responsibilities of each position of employees, such as also specifies the salary of each. The main objective of a Position and Salary Plan is equality, and this must be developed and mainly implemented without there being any prejudice or favoritism towards employees. The company Gencau, which is the basis of the study for the integrated project, has a adequate policy of plans for positions and salaries, as he manages with courses in training and promotions of its employees. The primary objective of this integrated project will be to expose how the company studied performs the promotion of positions and salaries of its employees, as well as how to identify how selections will be made.

    APTIV Systems do Brasil will be used as a reference for the realization of this Integrated Project, with the purpose of bringing information on hiring and positions of salary of a multinational that has more than 170 thousand employees in the world and remains competitive in the automotive market. The company has people as one of its main values, therefore, believes that to remain among the greatest, it is not enough to have just one price competitive, state-of-the-art equipment or flows and procedures, for her, the base of everything are the collaborators, that's why APTIV doesn't save money, much less efforts, from the recruitment, selection, training and certification processes of operators.

    This Integrated Project aims to analyze the positions, salaries and career, personnel administration and labor obligations of the company Ambev. THE Ambev was born in 1999, from the merger between Cervejaria Brahma and Companhia Antarctica. Ambev is recognized worldwide for its beer brands and for account of Guaraná Antártico, which takes the name of Brazil to every corner. The choice of this company is due to the fact that it is a reference in its field of acting. In addition, it was possible to find most of the data necessary for the realization of this work, on the BOVESPA website. The decision was made jointly by the group, which came together online to study together and define the important points to be worked on in this project. The IP contributes much for learning and fixing the subjects available on the digital platform. In the discipline Positions, Salaries and Career Plan, we can identify and understand the system adopted by Ambev. In the subject of Administration of Personnel and Labor Obligations, it was possible to understand how recruitment, selection, feedbacks and norms are carried out labor.

    In this part of the Integrated Project (IP) the objective of the project must be described (in case, the description of a job and salary plan of a real company). The title of the IP is “POSITION AND SALARY PLAN”, whose purpose is to describe the job and salary plan structure of a real company, as well as address your recruitment and selection process. The delivery of the PI must be done through this file, where only one member of the team must generate an Adobe Reader file (.PDF) and send it directly through AVA (Virtual Learning Environment) inside the INTEGRATED PROJECT room, in the folder “SENVIMENT OF THE INTEGRATED PROJECT”, not being allowed the delivery of printed form or by email. The attitudinal competence assessed in this module is LEADERSHIP, and its evidence is directly related to the steps of the IP, respectively: ➢ Identifies the profile of each team member, distributing the responsibilities in an assertive way: the team must clearly identify collaborative the profile of each of its members and distribute the responsibilities for the execution of this project in line with each profile.
