Item Projeto Escola do Bem Estar em Ação: obesidade e o trabalho individualizado(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2022-11-30) ABREU NETO, Francisco Paulino deThis project has the theme “Obesity and Individualized Training” and its main purpose is to bring the participants of the Escola do Bem Estar project to the environment of the Clube Palmeiras gym, where students are responsible for welcoming them, evaluating them, prescribe your workouts and apply them individually, aiming at weight loss. In addition, the project aims to bring students closer to practices such as contact with the client, individualized and multidisciplinary work, and performance within the pre-selected areas, as will be explained later. Aiming at this, the project was carried out on the premises of Clube Palmeiras, whose audience is the participants of the Escola do Bem-Estar project. Within this proposal we brought a research that addresses the benefits of swimming in motor and psychosocial stimulation in 24-month-old babies, where we investigated whether swimming is actually beneficial for the child's development, and the considerations to be made about its practice. Since swimming is one of the sports most recommended by pediatricians. The research is qualitative and was carried out at the Acquaforme academy in São João da Boa Vista - SP. Two babies of the same sex and similar ages were evaluated, with parental authorization, by completing the TCLE (Free and Informed Consent Form). The research aims to verify if swimming is beneficial for babies, since some are released with a few months of life for this practice, and it is still not something very widespread in the municipality and region.Item Desafio Olímpiada Mirim(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2021-06-30) MARTINS, Gustavo CelestinoStudies associate screen time in childhood and adolescence with a sedentary lifestyle and, consequently, with overweight and obesity. The promotion of an active lifestyle exercised since childhood is essential for the continuation of this habit in adult life. Young people's fascination with digital games can be used to encourage them to practice physical exercise. Gamification acts in decision-making, teaching to discern moments of cooperation and competition. The methodology was drawn from electronic games, but with a focus on attitudes that encourage the practice of healthy habits outside the game. The target audience were young people, between 12 and 14 years old, living in São João da Boa Vista. To elaborate challenges, games involving recreation, volleyball and basketball, using the gamification method, with progressive difficulty, 15 phases divided into 3 levels were selected: beginner, intermediate and advanced, as the challenges were performed, awards were attributed, here represented by stars.Item Qualidade de Vida no âmbito físico(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2020-11-30) ABREU NETO, Francisco Paulino deOur main focus was to emphasize studies that prove that modalities such as soccer and handball, as well as monitoring the child's growth and development in its early stages and maintaining body posture are directly linked, in addition to promoting some benefit to the quality of life. life and good health. From the defined and well-understood theme, we traced a bibliographic review, followed by the elaboration of a scientific article that contains all the information elucidated here. The challenge proposed in the project came about by debating the applicability of the second semester's study units, correlated to the individual's health and well-being.Item O impacto da vida moderna na saúde das pessoas: como resgatar a qualidade de vida e o bem estar?(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2020-06-30) ABREU NETO, Francisco Paulino deIt concerns a case study of a 28-year-old named Pedro, with routine bad habits, it is alleged that he suffered from an acute myocardial infarction recently, after hospital discharge, he sought help from a physical education professional, where, within the needs of the same, we will start a guided and supervised physical activity. The objective of the project was to carry out a literature review, integrating the studied teaching units with Pedro's case, praising the importance of each moment of interaction of the physical education professional with cases of cardiovascular diseases, or even prevention due to historical background familiar. The challenge consisted of developing a presentation that addressed topics such as the importance of play, anamnesis, preparation for first aid in physical education professionals and the best exercises for individuals with a family history complaint. with cardiovascular diseases.
