Our main focus was to emphasize studies that prove that modalities such as soccer and handball, as well as monitoring the child's growth and development in its early stages and maintaining body posture are directly linked, in addition to promoting some benefit to the quality of life. life and good health. From the defined and well-understood theme, we traced a bibliographic review, followed by the elaboration of a scientific article that contains all the information elucidated here. The challenge proposed in the project came about by debating the applicability of the second semester's study units, correlated to the individual's health and well-being.
