    The project consists of four test stages with different method applications. The sales name is peach juice, which uses the fruit's syrup and skin. The product is gluten and lactose free, only sunflower and peach oil. It inhibits several types of diseases, reduces the risk of type 2 diabetes and provides essential vitamins, seeking to improve the body's overall health.

    Research was conducted based on molecular gastronomy to create bubble tea. The tea is produced by infusion and the bubbles are produced by adding alginate to the tea.
