his project aims to explore the concepts addressed in the Budget Management and Strategic Tax Management disciplines, making a business budget and then analyzing the current tax regime of the company, using the methods and techniques addressed in the disciplines. The company chosen for the analysis was AMBEVIA BEVERAGES COMPANY, a company that opted for the Real Profit tax regime, which has its financial statements published on the BM & FBOVESPA website, besides the fact that it is a nationally known company, and is present in a growing market, which moves billions of reais per year.
