In this project, we use the sustainable goal (SDG) – from the UN – of Industry, innovation and infrastructure (SDG 9). The objective is to create a “lumberjack” robot, responsible for collecting wood that ideally in addition to collection, it will separate the material in designated spaces, so autonomous, reducing the impact of harmful practices and increasing the efficiency of this type of transport. The designed robot is on a reduced scale of what would be used to actually perform this task, thus being a prototype for academic purposes. The project will use diverse knowledge from the study units covered in module. They are: Robotics, under the responsibility of Prof. Marcelo Ciacco de Almeida, introducing us to robotics knowledge for assembling the robot, identifying movements, classification and possible calculations; Machine Learning, under the responsibility of Prof. Rodrigo Marudi de Oliveira, introducing us to the development of learning machine that controls the robot, and bridging the Differential and Integral Calculus unit, of responsibility of the Prof. Carlos Alberto Collozzo de Souza; and Linear Algebra and Geometry Analytics, also the responsibility of Prof. Carlos Alberto Collozzo de Souza, who introduces algebraic notions related to the general movement of the robot, such as drivability and the movement of the robotic arm. Through this project, we developed an autonomous machine prototype, equipped with computer vision and robotic arms, capable of identifying, locating and collecting different types of raw materials in complex industrial environments. This innovative solution promises significantly increase the efficiency of production processes, reduce operating costs and ensure greater safety for workers by automating repetitive and potentially dangerousItem AUTOMAÇÃO ROBÓTICA: SOLUÇÕES SUSTENTÁVEIS E INCLUSIVAS: BOMBERBÔ(Centro Universitário de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2025-02-11) SOUZA, Carlos Alberto Collozzo de; ALMEIDA, Marcelo Ciacco de; OLIVEIRA, Rodrigo Marudi de; SANTOS, Mariângela Martimbianco; DALOCA, Diogo; FURLANETTO, Fernando; NEUBERGER, Geovana; HENRIQUE, Gustavo; ZANELLI, Kayque; BARREIRO, LucasIn recent years, the intensification of forest fires has had consequences devastating effects on the environment and society, generating irreversible destruction in ecosystems, threatening biodiversity and putting the health and safety of nearby communities. The release of polluting gases during these fires contributes to the worsening of global warming, creating a destructive cycle that affects the planet as a whole. Faced with this worrying scenario, there is a need to seek solutions practical and sustainable ways to monitor and combat forest fires, in order to preserve natural resources and protect the environmental balance. This scenario raises a reflection on the role that technology can play in safeguarding the environment and mitigating the effects of climate change. As community, we are increasingly aware of the importance of creating solutions that not only solve urgent issues, but which are also aligned with a perspective of more sustainable and inclusive future. Questions such as "How can we employ technology to safeguard the environment?" and "How can innovations help us face global issues in an ethical and efficient manner?" become crucial. This Integrated Project has aims to develop an autonomous robot, specifically designed to combat forest fires. The robot was designed to function autonomously, equipped with technologies that make it possible to identify fire outbreaks, monitor the environment and intervene directly in fire suppression. Your proposal is in line with the objectives of UN Sustainable Development (SDG) as the UN Development Goal Sustainable 13 (Action against Global Climate Change) and the Sustainable Development Goal Sustainable Development 15 (Life on Earth), which emphasize the importance of environmental preservation and effective measures to reduce environmental impacts. Like this, the project aims not only to develop an innovative and effective solution to the fight against fire, but also reinforce the commitment to forest conservation and environmental preservation. In short, more than a simple technological innovation, this project seeks promote a new way of thinking about the relationship between technology and the environment. To the integrate advanced tools into a practical and accessible application, the robot represents a significant contribution to environmental preservation, encouraging awareness greater awareness of collective responsibility in protecting natural ecosystems. Therefore, the creation of this robot represents a significant advance not only in the area of automation, but also in promoting an environmentally conscious perspective, dedicated to the preservation of forests and the preservation of vital resources for future generations.Item AUTOMAÇÃO ROBÓTICA: SOLUÇÕES SUSTENTÁVEIS E INCLUSIVAS: GRUPO MALPA(Centro Universitário de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2025-02-11) SOUZA, Carlos Alberto Collozzo de; ALMEIDA, Marcelo Ciacco de; OLIVEIRA, Rodrigo Marudi de; SANTOS, Mariângela Martimbianco; SILVA, Bruno Cardoso; GASPAR, Igor Gabriel Moraes; MELO, Igor Guilherme dos Reis; SANTOS, Luciano Aimon Ottoni; PINTO, Matheus Souza; OBLONCZYK, Vinycius GabrielThe project “Robotic Automation: Sustainable and Inclusive Solutions” has The objective is to develop an autonomous robot that contributes to the UN Sustainable Development (SDG). Aligned with the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG), a worldwide appeal to make planet Earth prosperous (UN, 2015). The proposal meets the following SDGs: Zero Hunger and Sustainable Agriculture (SDG 2), Consumption and Responsible Production (SDG 12) and Land Life (SDG 15). The robot will be able to identify and remove diseased plants with high precision, reducing the need for manual interventions and the use of chemical inputs, promoting thus a more sustainable and efficient approach to plantation management.Automation in agriculture has benefited from learning technologies machine and robotics to improve processes and optimize plant management. An example is the development of robots with advanced capabilities to identify and remove plants sick. This system follows a two-step approach: identification of diseased plants and precise removal of these plants. In the first step, the system is designed to identify diseases in plants specific, using machine learning. Convolutional neural networks (CNNs) are especially efficient for this purpose due to their ability to learn and recognize complex visual patterns (LeCun et al., 2015). These networks have been widely used in agriculture for tasks such as detecting diseases in crops, in which can analyze visual characteristics of diseases, such as spots and changes in leaf coloration (Ferentinos, 2018). The robot's cameras capture images in time real life of plants, which are then analyzed by CNNs to identify signs of diseases with precision. The training database used contains images of healthy and sick, which allows the system to distinguish with high accuracy between healthy plants and plants with signs of disease such as yellowing leaves, spots and wilting (Mohanty et al., 2016).Item AUTOMAÇÃO ROBÓTICA: SOLUÇÕES SUSTENTÁVEIS E INCLUSIVAS: UNIFEOB(Centro Universitário de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2025-02-12) SOUZA, Carlos Alberto Collozzo de; ALMEIDA, Marcelo Ciacco de; OLIVEIRA, Rodrigo Marudi de; SANTOS, Mariângela Martimbianco; VALIM, Arthur Tavares de Paula; FRANCO, Bruno Henrique do Prado; SILVA, João Vitor da; MUNIZ, Kamily de Oliveira; GARINO, Leonardo Santello; PEREIRA, Luiz Felipe dos Santos; FERREIRA, Marcos Valverde de MiraWith the world increasingly focused on sustainable practices, the search for new technologies that contribute to the preservation of the environment have become a global priority.
