Using the four main subjects of the course. In the area of Business Intelligence, we will use Power BI to create an interactive dashboard that presents relevant data on users' water consumption, correlating these information with personal data, such as body weight and frequency of physical activities. THE The aim is to allow users to view their water consumption in a clear and intuitive way, helping them make more informed decisions (Microsoft, n.d.). The application will feature a login interface developed with the principles of Object Oriented Programming, ensuring a safe and organized user experience. Essa estrutura permitirá a expansão futura do sistema e a implementação de novas funcionalidades (Eckstein. 2017). Em relação à Modelagem de Dados, será criado um banco de dados que armazenará informações dos usuários, como peso, frequência de atividades físicas e histórico de consumo de água. A modelagem foi projetada pelo MySQL Workbench para assegurar a integridade dos dados e facilitar o acesso e a análise das informações, seguindo as diretrizes de Date (2004). Por fim, o backend da plataforma será desenvolvido em Python, utilizando lógica de programação para processar as informações dos usuários e interagir com o banco de dados. Isso permitirá a realização de cálculos e a geração de recomendações personalizadas, incentivando práticas de consumo consciente (Van Rossum & Drake, 2011). O projeto pretende não apenas proporcionar uma ferramenta prática para o controle do consumo de água, mas também educar os usuários sobre a importância da sustentabilidade. THE system will be responsible for categorizing customers into different profiles, such as recurring, warm customers and those in their first contact, based on data such as name, telephone and forms of contact, such as telephone or social media. Additionally, the system will record the reason for contact, which may involve reservations, delivery requests or clarification of doubts. Through this information collection, the system will allow restaurant managers offer a more personalized service, adapted to the needs of each client. THE Analysis of this data will make it possible to identify patterns of behavior and preferences, which will facilitate the implementation of more targeted marketing strategies and the optimization of services provided. In this way, the system will not only support operational efficiency, but will also contribute to building a closer and more lasting relationship with the customers. We recognize the need for an effective online platform to raise funds and support pets in vulnerable situations. This work represents not only the achievement of a technical project, but also a tangible commitment to our mission of protect and care for our four-legged friends. We will highlight the importance of our donation website, its main features and functionalities, and the positive impact it we hope to achieve in the community. Pet NGOs face challenges in efficiently managing donations, essential for maintenance of its activities and care of animals. This project aims to develop a donation management system to optimize fundraising and administration. The objective is to provide precise and transparent control of the resources received, facilitating strategic planning and communication with donors. The system will include features such as recording and tracking donations, generating reports finances, management of fundraising campaigns and issuance of personalized receipts. With a user-centered approach, the project seeks to meet the needs of NGOs and donors, strengthening community trust and engagement. THE implementing this donation manager will allow the NGO to maximize its social impact and continue to care for animals effectively
