This project aims to develop a management system for a car rental company cars, providing an efficient and intuitive solution for managing car rentals. vehicles. With the growing demand for flexible and affordable transport services, it is It is essential that the rental company can manage its operations effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimization of available resources. According to Stair and Reynolds (2010), information systems are essential for optimize management and decision-making in companies, as they integrate important data and allow greater control over operational and administrative processes. The system will allow complete recording of vehicle data, including make, model, year, category and rental conditions. Furthermore, tenant data will be recorded securely, covering information such as name, identification document, contact and history of leases. The project will also include the creation of different types of contracts, adapting to customer needs, whether for short or long-term rentals. Through a friendly interface, users can enter and consult information about rental time, applicable rates and specific conditions of each contract, facilitating decision-making and operations management. This system does not will only improve the customer experience, but will also allow the rental company to operate in a more organized and efficient, contributing to its sustainable growth in the market

The institution UNIFEOB (Centro Universitário Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos), located in the city of São João da Boa Vista, proposed to the students of the “Modeling and Systems Development” from the Systems Analysis and Development courses and Computer Sciences an integrated project, which has as its theme: “Development of Integrated Console Solutions for Education, Sustainability, Social Inclusion and Entrepreneurship”, the project proposal aims to develop an application innovative approach that aims to optimize student presence control in the classroom through QR Code reading. The proposal is to create an application that will obtain information from students and that will allow them to register their presence in an agile and practical way. During classes, teachers will generate a unique code that, when entered by students on their devices, will allow the creation of a QR Code that will be read by devices strategically installed in the classroom, facilitating not only attendance recording, but also ensuring the integrity of the record. The system will also have the functionality of geolocation, which will restrict access to the application, ensuring that only students present on campus can register their presence. The project aligns with the following thematic axes: Education and Training: Aims to improve skills and knowledge, providing an approach that makes attendance recording more efficient, this frees up teachers to focus on teaching rather than worrying about issues related to frequencies. Environment and Sustainability: By integrating digital technologies, the project reduces dependence on paper, encouraging more ecological and sustainable practices in educational institutions. Social Inclusion: the system was designed to be accessible to all students, ensuring that information about attendance is clear and easily consulted. Technology and Innovation: The application of the proposal represents a significant advance in the educational setting, by using cutting-edge technologies to address and solve problems common issues faced in the classroom. Entrepreneurship and Solidarity Economy: the Project aims to improve a culture innovative and responsible use of technology, contributing to the development of a entrepreneurial spirit in students, which will be valuable in their future careers and initiatives With this project we aim to provide students with practical and interdisciplinary, guiding them to employ technology effectively and creatively in solving real challenges, thus promoting sustainable and inclusive development.

This project's main objective is to expand and improve the project already developed in the previous module, to meet the specific needs of organizations social organizations, with a special focus on Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) such as AAPEA. For the current semester, there is a focus on Business Intelligence (BI) and cloud computing, aiming to offer a complete and scalable solution for data management and strategic decision making.The system will be customized to meet the demands of AAPEA, which operates in the area of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and can be adapted for other social organizations with similar characteristics. The integration of BI functionalities will allow AAPEA to obtain valuable insights from the data collected, enabling the identification of patterns, the optimization of processes and the continuous improvement of the services provided. Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) are fundamental actors in building a more just and inclusive society. In the context of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), NGOs play a vital role in identifying, monitoring and defending the rights of people with autism. They play a crucial role in ensuring that the needs of these individuals are identified and met, fostering their complete integration into society. ASD people have a series of neurological conditions that impact development, particularly in aspects of communication, social interaction and behavior, a fact that can be proven by: It is a condition that affects neurodevelopment characterized by significant changes in communication and social interaction, and repetitive motor patterns and restricted interests, presenting itself at three levels depending on the person's need for support: mild, moderate and severe (American Psychiatric Association [APA], 2014, Ministry of Health, 2014).With this project, we seek not only to apply the knowledge acquired in the areas of cloud computing and Business Intelligence, but also to offer a powerful tool for data management and process optimization. At the end of the project, we hope to deliver a robust, scalable and intuitive system, capable of meeting AAPEA's needs and serving as a model for other social organizations.
