The project was developed to prototype a personalized management system for the NGO São Francisco de Assis, from São João da Boa Vista, with the aim of facilitating control and tracking donations in a safe and accessible way. This initiative, integrated into the context of a 'Business Management and Intelligence System for Social Organizations', aims to leverage Business Intelligence (BI) practices to support decision making organization's strategies. To achieve this goal, the system uses an API connected to the SQL database, enabling the efficient and secure integration of donor information, donations and needs of the NGO. With an architecture based on cloud computing, the system seeks to offer a scalable and available platform, aligned with the principles of sustainability. The developed web interface facilitates access for administrators and donors to real-time data, promoting transparency and continuous engagement. This initiative allows not only the practical application of Computing concepts in Cloud, but also reinforces the team's commitment to developing solutions that positively impact society

The Integrated Project continues to develop the theme “Management System and Business Intelligence for Social Organizations,” focusing on the creation of customized software for the Social Organization CAACCH. The system aims to provide efficient and optimized data management, essential for the daily functioning of the organization. The proposed solution will not only facilitate the control of information such as donations, beneficiary registrations, and inventory movements, but it will also ensure that this information can be accessed quickly, securely, and effectively, optimizing the administrative and operational management of CAACCH. Additionally, the project seeks to automate processes that are often carried out manually, minimizing errors and increasing the accuracy of information, which will directly contribute to improving decision-making within the organization. The system's efficiency is reflected in its ability to generate dynamic reports and customized dashboards, which will allow CAACCH managers to monitor, in real time, the flow of donations, the profile of beneficiaries served, and the inventory status, among other relevant data. Transparency will also be a key point, as the system will facilitate activity tracking by CAACCH staff, volunteers, and even the external public when necessary. The technical approach of the project will be based on a robust and scalable architecture, using APIs for back-end development. The front-end will be built with an intuitive and user-friendly interface, prioritizing the user experience, which will facilitate the training and adaptation of the CAACCH team. The choice of the development environment will focus on the use of cloud computing, leveraging the advantages offered by the cloud, such as scalability, flexibility, security, and availability. A careful analysis of cloud providers, such as Google Cloud and AWS, will be conducted to ensure that the chosen solution meets not only the needs of CAACCH but also the security and performance standards required by the project. The gathering and validation of requirements will be a crucial step in development and will be carried out using TypeScript, which will ensure the creation of robust and easily maintainable code. This ensures that the system is modern, agile, and capable of evolving with the future needs of the organization. Throughout the development process, continuous testing will also be performed to guarantee the quality and reliability of the software. In addition to improving CAACCH’s internal management, the system will also provide a data analysis platform with Business Intelligence (BI) features, so the organization can assess its results, identify patterns, and make strategic decisions based on concrete data. The implementation of analytical tools and management reports will also allow for better planning of fundraising campaigns, resource optimization, and management of activities supporting beneficiaries. In the end, the project aims to deliver not only a technological solution but a strategic tool that will maximize CAACCH's operational efficiency, improve the transparency of its operations, and facilitate the analysis of data in an agile and precise manner. As a result, it is expected to have a significant positive impact on the organization's management, contributing to the fulfillment of its social mission in a more effective way with greater reach.

Nowadays, NGOs face an increasing demand, with a growing number of people in need of support and assistance. In addition to daily challenges, such as resource scarcity, these organizations are confronted with a new reality influenced by three main factors: the redefinition of the role of the State, the effects of globalization, and changes in the market. The State, in seeking new forms of collaboration with the private sector and non-governmental organizations, reinforces the importance of civil society in providing essential services. Globalization, in turn, intensifies the connection between different contexts, presenting new social challenges that require quick and effective responses. Meanwhile, market transformations encourage a greater commitment to social responsibility, both from companies and individuals, who are increasingly engaging in relevant causes. As Kotler (2012, p. 46) aptly puts it, "customer satisfaction is the result of comparing their expectations with their perception of the product or service performance." Recognizing this premise, DevSete offers innovative solutions, such as a management system that helps NGOs better organize their needs, making it easier for donors to identify how they can contribute. With these tools, NGOs can optimize their use of resources and focus on supporting those who need it most. We will now deliver to the organization a system where they can register and control their inventory and the amount of cash donations received. With its implementation within the institution, we aim to reach a larger number of donors who will actually complete the donation process.

Continuing the theme of the previous semester, “Management System and Business Intelligence for Social Organizations” where software was developed along with customized reports, use of Business Intelligence and UML, the project This semester is in line with the theme “Cloud Computing”. The objective of the project is to continue developing software for ABACO Organization, where its functionality is to control students in their respective courses, which are made available by the institution with the intention of helping these people to train professionally and be financially independent. The program will be built entirely online using cloud architecture, including database management and other tools. Furthermore, it includes knowledge of cloud computing, data structure and language techniques schedule. In short, the team's central objective is to provide the partner institution with a system of management that promotes operational efficiency and the capacity for strategic analysis, contributing positively to social organizations

With the growing importance of digital technologies in supporting social causes, We present the prototype of our NGO's pet donation website. We recognize the need for an effective online platform to raise funds and support pets in vulnerable situations. This work represents not only the achievement of a technical project, but also a tangible commitment to our mission of protect and care for our four-legged friends. We will highlight the importance of our donation website, its main features and functionalities, and the positive impact it we hope to achieve in the community. Pet NGOs face challenges in efficiently managing donations, essential for maintenance of its activities and care of animals. This project aims to develop a donation management system to optimize fundraising and administration. The objective is to provide precise and transparent control of the resources received, facilitating strategic planning and communication with donors. The system will include features such as recording and tracking donations, generating reports finances, management of fundraising campaigns and issuance of personalized receipts. With a user-centered approach, the project seeks to meet the needs of NGOs and donors, strengthening community trust and engagement. THE implementing this donation manager will allow the NGO to maximize its social impact and continue to care for animals effectively

The main objective of this project was to develop an efficient and scalable API for Ideal Company, an accounting firm that provides services to a large number of clients, managing essential financial data for their daily operations. The system aims to optimize the management of clients, invoices, and revenues, as well as integrate automation features through triggers and stored procedures. This API will allow the company to improve the accuracy and agility of its accounting processes while providing a solid foundation for future expansions and integrations with other financial management systems. Our approach involves building a modern technological infrastructure that uses the MySQL database, with the potential to migrate to a cloud computing architecture, aiming to ensure scalability and high availability of the data. By adopting this solution, Ideal Company will be able to manage its client and financial operation information in a more efficient and secure manner, avoiding manual errors and ensuring compliance with data security standards. Additionally, this project also aims to explore advanced database management concepts, such as automatic triggers for invoice control and stored procedures for data validation, applying security and compliance techniques to ensure data integrity. The proposed solution will allow the company to reduce operational costs, increase its capacity to handle a growing number of clients, and position itself as a reference in the use of technology in the accounting sector. Through this initiative, we aim not only to implement an innovative solution for Ideal Company's operational challenges but also to provide the company's team with a useful tool that facilitates strategic decision-making based on accurate and accessible data. By the end of the project, we will deliver an API capable of transforming the company's accounting management, with the flexibility to adapt to new demands and the ability to scale as Ideal Company grows.

This semester's Integrated Project (PI) aims to present the old proposal for a personalized management and business intelligence system for a type of Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) for animal protection. The proposed software ConectPet appears as an innovative solution, offering a complete tool for organization and management of animal records. This system was developed to meet both tutors and veterinary professionals, with features that simplify the control of information, health history and pet treatments. By centralizing essential data, vaccines, consultations, diagnoses, ConectPet facilitates quick and secure access to the animal's information, promoting more efficient care efficient and personalized. Furthermore, the platform allows continuous monitoring and detailed, which contributes to improving the lives of animals. With its intuitive interface and advanced features, ConectPet represents a significant innovation for the sector, integrating technology into animal care practical and effective way.

This Integrated Project (IP) is developed within the scope of the Center's course Octávio Bastos Teaching Foundation (UNIFEOB) and its main objective is the creation of an intelligent system for generating personalized lesson plans for teachers, in line with the institution's academic guidelines. The system will use intelligence artificial to integrate general, specific and technical skills defined by the university, also considering the levels of Bloom's Taxonomy for a lesson plan according with the informed dates, ensuring a structured and efficient pedagogical approach. This project was designed with the purpose of innovating and optimizing academic management, promoting technological solutions that support the teaching-learning process of more effective and personalized way. Through this initiative, teachers will be able to access detailed lesson plans, adapted to curricular and pedagogical demands, ensuring the quality of teaching and the fulfillment of educational goals. The application uses modern technologies, such as Next.js in its full architecture stack, integrating front-end and back-end into a robust and scalable platform. The bank of data is implemented in Neon, a PostgreSQL solution in the cloud, while the application is hosted on an Amazon AWS EC2 instance with Ubuntu operating system. To facilitate access, the system uses the personalized domain “unifebot.tech”, registered with Hostgator.With this solution, the aim is not only to develop practical skills in the use of cloud computing technologies, but also provide an innovative tool that adds value to the academic institution. This project reinforces our commitment to practical application of knowledge and the solution of real problems, contributing to the advancement technology in the educational environment. Furthermore, the execution of this PI emphasizes important competencies such as commitment, teamwork and self-development. During development, all team members are actively involved in research, implementation and validation of the system, ensuring that the final product meets the technical and educational criteria required. Ultimately, this project seeks not only to offer a functional solution, but also open new possibilities for applying artificial intelligence in the educational context, promoting innovation and efficiency in higher education.

In this Integrated Project (PI), entitled "Development of Console Solutions Integrated for Education, Sustainability, Social Inclusion and Entrepreneurship", our main objective was to develop an application that used the concepts of Programming Object Oriented, Programming Logic, Data Modeling and Business Intelligence to create an innovative solution that would help with academic management, at the same time time in which it contributed to promoting entrepreneurship and the solidarity economy, The proposal was, therefore, to develop a tool capable of managing information educational processes in an efficient and automated way, focusing on the development of entrepreneurial skills and promoting an inclusive and sustainable economic model. The developed system was designed to be a practical and applicable tool for educational context, enabling the management of data from students, teachers, courses, classes, attendance and issuance of certificates, in addition to these functionalities, the application also proposed to integrate important concepts for the solidarity economy, with the possibility of assist in organizing courses and events aimed at developing skills entrepreneurs and cooperatives, so important for the creation of new businesses and initiatives community. This project aimed to continue the development of the personalized system For the João de Barro Social Center, this project focuses on integrating the use of disciplines fundamentals, such as data structure, programming language and techniques, topics advanced database and cloud computing with engineering documentation software and its requirements. Through these disciplines, the system will be designed and optimized to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in managing the organization's nighttime activities, that plays a crucial role in the community by providing support and resources to people in a vulnerable situation. This project will seek to improve the registration and monitoring of participants, offering a robust calling system that accurately controls the number of people welcomed and allow the inclusion of detailed observations about psycho-pedagogical care. This project's main objective is to expand and improve the project already developed in the previous module, to meet the specific needs of organizations social organizations, with a special focus on Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) such as AAPEA. For the current semester, there is a focus on Business Intelligence (BI) and cloud computing, aiming to offer a complete and scalable solution for data management and strategic decision making.The system will be customized to meet the demands of AAPEA, which operates in the area of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and can be adapted for other social organizations with similar characteristics. The integration of BI functionalities will allow AAPEA to obtain valuable insights from the data collected, enabling the identification of patterns, the optimization of processes and the continuous improvement of the services provided. Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) are fundamental actors in building a more just and inclusive society. In the context of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), NGOs play a vital role in identifying, monitoring and defending the rights of people with autism. They play a crucial role in ensuring that the needs of these individuals are identified and met, fostering their complete integration into society. ASD people have a series of neurological conditions that impact development, particularly in aspects of communication, social interaction and behavior, a fact that can be proven by: It is a condition that affects neurodevelopment characterized by significant changes in communication and social interaction, and repetitive motor patterns and restricted interests, presenting itself at three levels depending on the person's need for support: mild, moderate and severe (American Psychiatric Association [APA], 2014, Ministry of Health, 2014).With this project, we seek not only to apply the knowledge acquired in the areas of cloud computing and Business Intelligence, but also to offer a powerful tool for data management and process optimization. At the end of the project, we hope to deliver a robust, scalable and intuitive system, capable of meeting AAPEA's needs and serving as a model for other social organizations.

The development of accessible technological solutions has become increasingly essential to promote social inclusion and people’s autonomy. In the context of this scenario, this college work presents the development of a desktop application for the Association of Gratitude for the Disabled (AGRADEF). AGRADEF is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) dedicated to supporting people with disabilities, offering assistance services, educational resources and social integration programs. The application was developed with the aim of optimizing the NGO's internal management, facilitating the administration of beneficiary data, program monitoring and communication between members of the organization. To build this prototype, used tools such as Figma, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, each chosen for its specific characteristics and the ability to meet the functional and project performance.In addition to these tools, the project also integrated the use of UML diagrams (Unified Modeling Language) for planning and visualizing the system structure, ensuring a clear understanding of the components and their interactions. The application of UML was crucial for modeling use cases, classes and sequence of operations, which facilitated communication between developers and alignment with project requirements customer. To improve data analysis and visualization, Power BI was used, allowing the creation of interactive dashboards that assist in decision making informed. Power BI made it possible to generate detailed reports on company activities NGOs, such as monitoring program progress and evaluating the impact of services offered to beneficiaries. These insights provide a solid foundation for continuous development and improvement of AGRADEF operations

The institution UNIFEOB (Centro Universitário Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos), located in the city of São João da Boa Vista, proposed to the students of the “Modeling and Systems Development” from the Systems Analysis and Development courses and Computer Sciences an integrated project, which has as its theme: “Development of Integrated Console Solutions for Education, Sustainability, Social Inclusion and Entrepreneurship”, the project proposal aims to develop an application innovative approach that aims to optimize student presence control in the classroom through QR Code reading. The proposal is to create an application that will obtain information from students and that will allow them to register their presence in an agile and practical way. During classes, teachers will generate a unique code that, when entered by students on their devices, will allow the creation of a QR Code that will be read by devices strategically installed in the classroom, facilitating not only attendance recording, but also ensuring the integrity of the record. The system will also have the functionality of geolocation, which will restrict access to the application, ensuring that only students present on campus can register their presence. The project aligns with the following thematic axes: Education and Training: Aims to improve skills and knowledge, providing an approach that makes attendance recording more efficient, this frees up teachers to focus on teaching rather than worrying about issues related to frequencies. Environment and Sustainability: By integrating digital technologies, the project reduces dependence on paper, encouraging more ecological and sustainable practices in educational institutions. Social Inclusion: the system was designed to be accessible to all students, ensuring that information about attendance is clear and easily consulted. Technology and Innovation: The application of the proposal represents a significant advance in the educational setting, by using cutting-edge technologies to address and solve problems common issues faced in the classroom. Entrepreneurship and Solidarity Economy: the Project aims to improve a culture innovative and responsible use of technology, contributing to the development of a entrepreneurial spirit in students, which will be valuable in their future careers and initiatives With this project we aim to provide students with practical and interdisciplinary, guiding them to employ technology effectively and creatively in solving real challenges, thus promoting sustainable and inclusive development.

The objective of this Integrated Project is to prototype a personalized management system aimed at an animal protection NGO. This system will be designed to meet the specific needs of the organization, including adoption management, fundraising donations and monitoring of veterinary care. With a robust focus on Business Intelligence (BI), we seek to provide tools that support decision making strategies, optimizing operations and expanding the impact of the NGO in its mission. The platform will be developed on a cloud computing architecture, ensuring scalability and data availability. We will use advanced techniques database management to ensure information is always available accessible and updated, allowing better monitoring of the NGO's activities. Furthermore, our project aligns with the principles of the Development Goals Sustainable Development Goal (SDG), reflecting our commitment to a more sustainable society and inclusive. By integrating best practices in technology and management, we aim to not only master essential concepts, but also apply them creatively and responsibly to benefit the NGO and the animals it protects. At the end of this Integrated Project, we will not only be providing a solution innovative approach to managing the NGO's activities, but also contributing to the promoting animal welfare and moving towards a more sustainable and inclusive, aligning ourselves with the SDG goals

In this section of the Integrated Project (PI), we present the project objectives and what we aim to achieve with its implementation. The "Cloud Computing" module provides continuation of the work carried out in the previous module, which focused on creating a “Business Management and Intelligence System for Social Organizations”. The goal main objective of this module is to improve this management system to more effectively serve social organizations such as NGOs, charities and cooperatives, with an emphasis on efficiency, scalability and data security. To achieve these objectives, the system was designed using the infrastructure of AWS cloud computing, employing SQL Server as a database and an API developed with Node.js, Express and Knex. This architecture guarantees data security and high availability of the application, in addition to offering a scalable and accessible system for managing the daily operations of these organizations. The development of this project applies the knowledge acquired in the disciplines of Data Structure, Programming Languages and Techniques, Advanced Banking Topics Data, Cloud Computing and Cloud Computing Project. In the end, this PI consolidates these concepts in a practical way, offering a robust and efficient solution for social organizations, contributing to more agile and organized management and promoting a positive impact on society

The Integrated Project (PI), entitled “Business Management and Intelligence System for Social Organizations”, aims to develop and prototype a system of personalized management for the Construction Materials Company Barbini Construções. That project aims to offer a solution that assists in strategic decisions through a in-depth analysis of the company's financial and operational data. The System will allow a clear and objective visualization of financial information, enabling better understanding the inflows and outflows of funds, the frequency of customers and purchases, and the product performance over time. The back-end was developed in Node.js and is hosted in the cloud, which makes it easier to data management and allows integration with other cloud services, such as storing automatic backups and implementing security features advanced. The front-end, built with Angular, HTML and TypeScript, is also configured to take advantage of cloud resources, ensuring a seamless experience Fast and user responsive. Through cloud computing, the system promotes the centralization of financial and operational information, offering a clear and objective view of resource inflows and outflows, customer and purchase frequency, and product performance over time. This enhanced visibility facilitates strategic decision-making, supporting efficient management and control of Barbini Construções resources in a continuous and sustainable.

Currently, companies in different sectors are looking for computerized solutions to improve the efficient management of your resources. Companies from different sectors implement computerized systems, whether through internal development or hiring outsourced. These systems have the ability to improve business organization, providing more visual and efficient management of resources. Among the organizations that are adopting this strategy, body shops have been investing significantly in computerization of its processes. According to Souza (2024), the adoption of technologies, such as inventory management systems, have optimized processes and increased efficiency operational in automotive body shops in Brazil. This reflects the need increasing automation in processes that, until recently, were mostly manual. According to a survey carried out by IBM, 78% of Brazilian business leaders are investing in technologies such as automation and artificial intelligence, aiming to optimize its operations in the coming years (IBM, 2023). Therefore, the project aims to develop a system via console for a body shop. This system will be developed in Python, integrated with SQL database. The aim is to optimize internal management, offering a solution effective through data integration. As a complement, a dashboard in Power BI, which will allow you to view information more clearly and objective, helping to make strategic decisions.The project aims to modernize and computerize the chosen company, which still depends on manual processes. The creation of a personalized system will directly contribute to the general improvement of processes, providing greater efficiency and agility at the operational, with a positive impact on profits. This is corroborated by Folha's research Vitória, who points out that 78% of Brazilian companies already use automation, with 52% of them have practical experience with these tools. This movement is directly related to the search for operational efficiency, cost reduction and increased productivity (Folha Vitória, 2024). In addition to the technical aspects worked on in the project, the proposed PI seeks to develop two essential soft skills for the job market: teamwork and organization. These elements will be fundamental throughout the development of the system, which will need be divided into several parts so that the schedule is fulfilled as planned, also requiring rigorous organization to avoid project failures or delays. Subsequently, the development of the project will be described in detail, including theoretical and practical integration, culminating in a conclusion that highlights lessons learned and results achieved.

Our project, together with APAE, consists of developing a system of food-focused inventory management. Our objective is to be able to provide a simple and effective software, capable of facilitating the institution's internal logistics control, with in order to maintain control over the validity of food donations and facilitate processes of stock within the company.

For this project, we are analyzing a shoe store, where its main The problem is stock control of your products. The initial idea is to create a functional console system, using programming languages such as Python and Javascript. The console system will have communicating with a SQL(Structured Query Language) database structured, where we will insert, consult and store information through interaction of the user. The SQL SERVER software will be used so that we can create a database relational data in accordance with the business rules presented by the company. The interaction of user through the console is made up of some optional menus that will be made available for better visibility and accessibility. We aim to collect data to provide the user with a greater view of what happens in your company, using this data to generate sales statistics carried out for the end customer and BI (Business Intelligence) information for the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of the company. In addition to the company's inventory, the system will manage employees (including salary, position, date of admission, date of dismissal, address, means of communication and documents of national identity), customers (including date of inclusion, address, means of communication and personal information), payment method in cash or in installments, products and their description physics and more that will be added with future improvements to our system.
