This initiative, integrated into the context of a 'Business Management and Intelligence System for Social Organizations', aims to leverage Business Intelligence (BI) practices to support decision making organization's strategies. To achieve this goal, the system uses an API connected to the SQL database, enabling the efficient and secure integration of donor information, donations and needs of the NGO. With an architecture based on cloud computing, the system seeks to offer a scalable and available platform, aligned with the principles of sustainability. The developed web interface facilitates access for administrators and donors to real-time data, promoting transparency and continuous engagement. The system aims to provide efficient and optimized data management, essential for the daily functioning of the organization. The proposed solution will not only facilitate the control of information such as donations, beneficiary registrations, and inventory movements, but it will also ensure that this information can be accessed quickly, securely, and effectively, optimizing the administrative and operational management of CAACCH. Additionally, the project seeks to automate processes that are often carried out manually, minimizing errors and increasing the accuracy of information, which will directly contribute to improving decision-making within the organization. The system's efficiency is reflected in its ability to generate dynamic reports and customized dashboards, which will allow CAACCH managers to monitor, in real time, the flow of donations, the profile of beneficiaries served, and the inventory status, among other relevant data. Transparency will also be a key point, as the system will facilitate activity tracking by CAACCH staff, volunteers, and even the external public when necessary. The technical approach of the project will be based on a robust and scalable architecture, using APIs for back-end development. The front-end will be built with an intuitive and user-friendly interface, prioritizing the user experience, which will facilitate the training and adaptation of the CAACCH team. The choice of the development environment will focus on the use of cloud computing, leveraging the advantages offered by the cloud, such as scalability, flexibility, security, and availability. A careful analysis of cloud providers, such as Google Cloud and AWS, will be conducted to ensure that the chosen solution meets not only the needs of CAACCH but also the security and performance standards required by the project. The gathering and validation of requirements will be a crucial step in development and will be carried out using TypeScript, which will ensure the creation of robust and easily maintainable code. This ensures that the system is modern, agile, and capable of evolving with the future needs of the organization. Throughout the development process, continuous testing will also be performed to guarantee the quality and reliability of the software. In addition to improving CAACCH’s internal management, the system will also provide a data analysis platform with Business Intelligence (BI) features, so the organization can assess its results, identify patterns, and make strategic decisions based on concrete data. The implementation of analytical tools and management reports will also allow for better planning of fundraising campaigns, resource optimization, and management of activities supporting beneficiaries. In addition to daily challenges, such as resource scarcity, these organizations are confronted with a new reality influenced by three main factors: the redefinition of the role of the State, the effects of globalization, and changes in the market. The State, in seeking new forms of collaboration with the private sector and non-governmental organizations, reinforces the importance of civil society in providing essential services. Globalization, in turn, intensifies the connection between different contexts, presenting new social challenges that require quick and effective responses. Meanwhile, market transformations encourage a greater commitment to social responsibility, both from companies and individuals, who are increasingly engaging in relevant causes. As Kotler (2012, p. 46) aptly puts it, "customer satisfaction is the result of comparing their expectations with their perception of the product or service performance." Recognizing this premise, DevSete offers innovative solutions, such as a management system that helps NGOs better organize their needs, making it easier for donors to identify how they can contribute. With these tools, NGOs can optimize their use of resources and focus on supporting those who need it most. We will now deliver to the organization a system where they can register and control their inventory and the amount of cash donations received. The objective is to provide precise and transparent control of the resources received, facilitating strategic planning and communication with donors. This API will allow the company to improve the accuracy and agility of its accounting processes while providing a solid foundation for future expansions and integrations with other financial management systems. Our approach involves building a modern technological infrastructure that uses the MySQL database, with the potential to migrate to a cloud computing architecture, aiming to ensure scalability and high availability of the data. By adopting this solution, Ideal Company will be able to manage its client and financial operation information in a more efficient and secure manner, avoiding manual errors and ensuring compliance with data security standards. Additionally, this project also aims to explore advanced database management concepts, such as automatic triggers for invoice control and stored procedures for data validation, applying security and compliance techniques to ensure data integrity. The proposed solution will allow the company to reduce operational costs, increase its capacity to handle a growing number of clients, and position itself as a reference in the use of technology in the accounting sector. The system will use intelligence artificial to integrate general, specific and technical skills defined by the university, also considering the levels of Bloom's Taxonomy for a lesson plan according with the informed dates, ensuring a structured and efficient pedagogical approach. This project was designed with the purpose of innovating and optimizing academic management, promoting technological solutions that support the teaching-learning process of more effective and personalized way. Through this initiative, teachers will be able to access detailed lesson plans, adapted to curricular and pedagogical demands, ensuring the quality of teaching and the fulfillment of educational goals. The application uses modern technologies, such as Next.js in its full architecture stack, integrating front-end and back-end into a robust and scalable platform. The bank of data is implemented in Neon, a PostgreSQL solution in the cloud, while the application is hosted on an Amazon AWS EC2 instance with Ubuntu operating system. To facilitate access, the system uses the personalized domain “unifebot.tech”, registered with Hostgator.With this solution, the aim is not only to develop practical skills in the use of cloud computing technologies, but also provide an innovative tool that adds value to the academic institution. This project reinforces our commitment to practical application of knowledge and the solution of real problems, contributing to the advancement technology in the educational environment. Furthermore, the execution of this PI emphasizes important competencies such as commitment, teamwork and self-development. The developed system was designed to be a practical and applicable tool for educational context, enabling the management of data from students, teachers, courses, classes, attendance and issuance of certificates, in addition to these functionalities, the application also proposed to integrate important concepts for the solidarity economy, with the possibility of assist in organizing courses and events aimed at developing skills entrepreneurs and cooperatives, so important for the creation of new businesses and initiatives community. In the context of this scenario, this college work presents the development of a desktop application for the Association of Gratitude for the Disabled (AGRADEF). AGRADEF is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) dedicated to supporting people with disabilities, offering assistance services, educational resources and social integration programs. The application was developed with the aim of optimizing the NGO's internal management, facilitating the administration of beneficiary data, program monitoring and communication between members of the organization. Among the organizations that are adopting this strategy, body shops have been investing significantly in computerization of its processes. According to Souza (2024), the adoption of technologies, such as inventory management systems, have optimized processes and increased efficiency operational in automotive body shops in Brazil. This reflects the need increasing automation in processes that, until recently, were mostly manual. According to a survey carried out by IBM, 78% of Brazilian business leaders are investing in technologies such as automation and artificial intelligence, aiming to optimize its operations in the coming years (IBM, 2023). Therefore, the project aims to develop a system via console for a body shop. This system will be developed in Python, integrated with SQL database. The aim is to optimize internal management, offering a solution effective through data integration. As a complement, a dashboard in Power BI, which will allow you to view information more clearly and objective, helping to make strategic decisions.The project aims to modernize and computerize the chosen company, which still depends on manual processes. The creation of a personalized system will directly contribute to the general improvement of processes, providing greater efficiency and agility at the operational, with a positive impact on profits.
