Sales automation is a set of practices and technologies that aim to automate a company's sales processes, from attracting potential consumers to customer loyalty.     The main objective of the Integrative Project with the theme “Business System” was to develop a desktop system for any commercial or business establishment chosen by each team. This quarter, the group decided to work with a rural micro-enterprise called “Agropecuária Espírito Santo” in the city of Paraibuna-SP. The businesswoman explained to the team that she needed to make her business more technological to facilitate, speed up and improve customer service. It was decided that we would help her with the store’s inventory system, so that when a customer goes looking for a product, the store owner would also be able to know how many products are still in stock and could automatically order more for her customers.

    Our project was built based on a dance club that provided us with data regarding its product inventory. The aim of the project is to create a database using the “MySQL” tool and also to create an interaction interface using the “Apache NetBeans” tool in conjunction with the “Java” programming language. By using these applications, the company will be able to have better control over its inventory and a better understanding of the products that are most in demand by its customers.
