This case study presents the problem of a clothing store (Sunset) here in São João da Boa Vista. Despite being a small store, the owners have difficulty organizing inventory and merchandise output. The method they used (simple notes in a notebook) generated errors, such as simply forgetting which product was sold, how many new products were added to the inventory, and especially the monthly closing. With this in mind, and based on a conversation, these problems were exposed and, based on this, we developed a Database that would help and facilitate this control in all aspects of the store quickly and easily.
