This project was based on research and re-reading of scientific articles related to the subject, with the aim of bringing knowledge about the subject and benefits to readers and seniors who may come to make use of our article. It reports the look of the elderly and society at finitude, also encourages activities that help with quality of life and ways to complete this stage in a healthier, more conscious and peaceful way.
