Aiming to facilitate internal communication and motivate your employees. The app will be formulated under 4 basic platforms, the first: through motivational messages, the second: through psychological duty, the third: through direct communication with HR and the fourth through a satisfaction survey. The aim is to develop, create and improve relationships and connections in the organizational environment.

This article aims to demonstrate the consequences for public administration if you decide in favor of the legalization of marijuana in Brazil, a drug extracted from cannabis Sativa, a plant whose active ingredient is a substance called tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). In this sense, the results obtained in countries where marijuana was legalized; the quotients of surveys related to the sale and consumption of legal drugs, such as tobacco and alcoholic beverages; the long-term effects will be evaluated. caused by recreational use of marijuana; as well as the logical error that deals with the need to legalize this drug for medicinal purposes. All these results, obtained through serious investigations and reputable researchers, which will be addressed in detail throughout this academic work, they will help to complete the wear and tear that would be caused to the Brazilian public administration as a result of the legalization of marijuana, such as the areas of public health and safety.

The Covid-19 Pandemic changed the way leaders and managers conducted themselves and its collaborators. The sudden change of reality forced them to adapt and the main thing allied to ensure the mental and physical health of its teams was emotional intelligence. Through research in books and digital media, enriched with the knowledge of experts on the subject, the study proposed to examine what is needed to obtain emotional intelligence, what is its importance and how to use it in the scenario left by the pandemic. He found that this skill requires, in addition to self-knowledge, knowledge of the other - empathy and social skill. He concluded that developing the quality of emotional intelligence is critical for a successful leader, as his success is measured by the performance of his team.

Information technology in people management has become fundamental in companies, as the tools provided by it, bring significant improvements in the processes of the HR sector, reflecting good results in the company. Human resources professionals had to adopt a new way of working, with a more strategic view, with some changes being the automation of processes, cost reduction, reduction of employee turnover, increased productivity, among others. Through research on websites and books, we will present how information technology tools positively influence the development of the human resources sector, and consequently, the development of the company.

In this work, the objective is to understand the main problems of the KR Som company, to develop creative and viable solutions to solve them. The lack of qualified labor is a problem that has affected Brazilian organizations, causing great difficulties for managers who are looking for specialized workers to meet market demands. This work sought to analyze the reality of Brazil, as the country exhibits a worrying scenario, with a mismatch between the shortage of labor and the high rate of unemployment. The methodology used to carry out this scientific work was the bibliographical and exploratory research in existing materials and documents. Although companies express considerable difficulty in finding specialized professionals, they still invest little in qualification, there is a lack of discernment so that there is involvement by the management of companies in the training of professionals. However, there is a layer of the population unprepared for advances in the labor market, without the minimum knowledge necessary to become a professional.

Artificial Intelligence has its era determined by the appearance of a distinct type of organization, designed for a workplace fond of digital networks. This new organization can be described by a chain in order to leverage an interconnected foundation of data and quickly favor the deployment of artificial intelligence, resulting in significant growth in learning. Established companies take a stand against the rise and advancement of new competitors who have opted for the use of artificial intelligence, using strategies such as attacking and disclosing the negative points and their disadvantages to consumers, when they cannot succeed in doing so, some companies seek to change their operations, modify and digitize many of their own systems. It is critical not only to take into account the technological feasibility of the necessary innovation or the scalability of the operating model in an enterprise, the best leaders must take into account the way their increasingly digital companies impact the communities around them and must consider the social implications and more difficult ethics.

There are numerous benefits and some risks when it comes to new technologies, but the purpose of this article is to convey the risks and benefits regarding the use of LED lamps in general lighting. Few people are aware of the risks that white LEDs bring to our eyes, as we are talking about bulbs that emit harmful blue light filtered by a phosphor layer that turns it white, but there is still a potential risk due to the spectrum of blue color that radiates from these light sources and causes retinal problems when improperly exposed for long periods of time. On the other hand, LED lighting brings several benefits, making this modality viable and ecologically correct.
