    The business consulting project aims to help the company: Auto Posto Império to define vision, mission, values, goals and also offer professional experience to students who are participating in the project. The program seeks to offer the company an expansion of horizons and help the purposes established by them. The first module aims to help companies to carry out strategies that make it possible to achieve the projected results.

    This project aims to produce a technical analysis of the startup Trampow, through a consultancy; the current form of organization of the company will be presented, its area of activity, the points of viability of the company, the scenario in which it finds itself and how it can take advantage of it in its favor. To expose the data in a didactic way, an analysis based on the SWOT Matrix (which shows the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the company), an organization chart (responsible for displaying the organizational structure) and a projection of the Income Statement of the next period, all three accompanied by relevant comments and clarifications. It is expected, in this way, to help the company to better understand its plans and ambitions and how it can take advantage of its strengths and avoid its weaknesses.
