It uses several technologies to identify problems in the railway lines so as not to run the risk of delays or excess loss of goods from its customers. The literature shows that forward logistics refers to the flow of materials from the point of acquisition to the point of consumption, while reverse logistics denotes the flow of materials from the point of consumption to the point of origin.
