The right to learn guarantees all students access to quality education, and inclusive education seeks to ensure that this right is respected regardless of differences. As a result, schools begin to adopt pedagogical practices, policies and structures that promote equity, participation, inclusion and success for all children, thus recognizing and valuing the diversity of students' abilities, needs and characteristics.
