Reaching 100% of Brazilian homes over the course of a year and records the consumption of 200 company products every second in the country. With leadership in segments such as powder detergents, deodorants and ice cream. The company is committed to actions that reflect from direct activities to our value chain, involving customers, suppliers, consumers, governments and communities.

The great importance for this attaches to the democratization of knowledge sponsored by advances in technology, the growing dependence on human creativity for competitive advantage between companies, this puts even the company in which we will go deeper in search of high human performance as a goal of people management practices in organizations, regardless of complexity and business segment.
