Strategic Management classes were very important in understanding how essential it is for effective action. Once the scenario in which the company operates is known, knowing the factors that generate opportunity for its success, as well as the threat to survival in the external environment, as well as recognizing its strengths, competences and internal weaknesses, Managers can define the reason for the existence of the company, where they want to go with the invested resources. Strategic management allows the company to move in a changing environment through decisions and administrative actions that guide the steps towards the desired results, with meaning, determination and learning. The concept of entrepreneurship is to provide support for the continued development of their particular ventures and to cultivate the entrepreneurial culture so that they can progress in business and grow. In the end, the goal is to support the social objective of the project of creating individual microentrepreneurs, creating support for the proposed business and generating wealth and jobs for society.
