The intention of this study is the creation of a new venture, which aims to describe step by step its progress, following each step studied. Entrepreneurial management: it is the union of all the concepts of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneur profile: based on some characteristics, being creative, always looking for new ideas, understanding in business. Sources of capital: resource, alternative sources, credit lines. Proposal for a new venture: what to offer, where to act, why you are entering this market. Strategic management: strategic planning, mission, vision and values, with a medium and long term objective. Business strategy: Achieving goals, objectives and action plan. Mission, vision and values: identity of your business.
