Products, Strategic Cost Management and Management of Goods and Services Production operations finding the best cost benefit for customers and the company.

    This interdisciplinary project aims to practice in practice the theories developed in the classroom in the Business Administration course, 8th module - Logistics of the Octavio Bastos University Teaching Center. To support and pursue the activities, we chose the company Candy Mindy, a manufacturer of sweets and confectionery with peanuts, located in the city of Aguai, São Paulo. In order to make the applicability of the concepts effective, we made a technical visit to outline which plans could be made feasible for the company in Logistics and its correlates, which will be described throughout this project.

This activity complements Module 08 of the Administration - Logistics Management course and its main objective is the construction of an improvement project in the aforementioned company. Remembering that the module has as its main feature the teaching of process management, a method widely used in the corporate and industrial environment of the footwear and related industry.

    We present at this stage, the realization of a Marketing Diagnosis in the company Coca Cola, in order to analyze, evaluate and understand its operation in that company. We chose Coca Cola because it is a company with over 100 years of experience, history and that throughout its trajectory has had several errors and hits in its marketing strategies, we also have situations where the brand has declined in drastic attitudes (New Coke) and others where its extreme hits marked several generations (Dates commemorative slogans, jingles, advertisements, etc.).

    The company selected was Netflix, which today is the largest provider of streaming video services in the world. His choice was due to the fact that today, his marketing sector is one of the best in the Brazilian market and in the world. Its strategies are considered innovative, and its production creates original content, always knowing what your consumer is looking for in your service, as well as their interaction on social networks and strategies used to attract new customers. Through this paper we will present a little of what Netflix is, what its strategies are, and why it has become a worldwide phenomenon. Not only for their service, but for their interaction and respect for the public.

    This work was carried out at Natura, a Brazilian multinational company focused on the cosmetics, hygiene and cleaning sector, founded in 1969. With the Natura brand, besides Brazil, they have business in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, United States, France. , Mexico and Peru. In our country, they lead sales and are expanding their retail operations, through their own stores and partnerships with pharmacy chains, also investing in digital platforms. In this project, we will detail the company's processes relating to the subjects developed during the semester, thus being able to elaborate an improvement plan for a given procedure.

The main reason for this analysis is the lack of software that facilitates the actions of employees.
