For the realization of this project we chose the company CACAU SHOW, a food company that has been operating for 30 years, having as its characteristic its rapid growth within the market. We will present a Marketing Diagnosis in this project, showing how CACAU SHOW used this tool for its great growth.

The objectives of the project are to present the company, and to elaborate a Marketing Diagnosis, where we will analyze the visibility of the company within the market, show its strengths and weaknesses, and the strategies it uses to position itself and maintain the sales level. that such has nowadays.
