This management has become a fundamental process in the growth of organizations, pursuing as its basic objective the alignment of HR policies with the organization's strategy. Within a company, this “system” drives others, as it deals with people's primary needs, in which they push the individual to the other stages of the motivational pyramid. Beyond the financial aspect, people want challenges, they want to be recognized, they need to be valued, they want to be rewarded for their results, they aspire to careers. Several areas of study were designed for this verification. We chose this company (hutchinson) because it is a multinational company recognized for the quality of its products. One of these recognitions was on April 18 in the city of Campinas, where Honda Automóveis do Brasil ltda, gives HBA the certificate of outstanding quality in the Honda Way program. In addition to sustainability, we will also discuss the management system of this company, its environmental concern, the planning of creating a plan to enable, achieve a certain objective and the survey of characteristics that make up the structural and relational reality of the company. Our main focus is to show a little more about the daily life inside the company, where we will try to demonstrate as much as possible the work environment as: relationship between employees, entrepreneur's look, production system, logistics and their concern for the environment.
