    Credit rating companies from countries and companies, such as Fitch, S&P, and Moody's, take into account quantitative and qualitative economic facts to qualify these organizations for credit ratings. They serve as a guide for investors to know which markets show the highest growth levels and the likelihood of short or long term return on investment. Taking into consideration the economic data and the rating notes, we evaluated the impacts that this rating would have on countries through their corporations. The research seeks to create a discussion, to propose that marketing investment and the creation Customer and investor ties can improve the situation of countries or companies in crisis, even if credit notes remain at a level of speculation.

    Human Resource Management, People Management, Strategic Human Resource Management or Human Resource Management, is the application of a set of knowledge, skills, attitudes and values, aimed at managing people's relationships with the organization. This management has become a fundamental process in the growth of organizations, pursuing as its basic objective the alignment of HR policies with the organization's strategy. Within a company, this “system” drives others, as it deals with people's primary needs, in which they push the individual to the other stages of the motivational pyramid. Beyond the financial aspect, people want challenges, they want to be recognized, they need to be valued, they want to be rewarded for their results, they aspire to careers. Achieving the excellence of this concept requires that the three areas are in balance - Economic, Social and Environmental - the “tripod” of sustainability.

    This IP covers all information regarding the activities performed in this semester of HR. The same was done at the company Revtec Bioquímica LTDA, located in the city of Vargem Grande do Sul, based on some improvements seen in the work for the company in order to implement some missing things in the company with the end of this work, especially in the matter of People Management and Performance Evaluation that is currently not within the company as it is a small company, we use the skills of Selection and Retention of Talent, Training and Development, Performance Appraisal, Personnel Administration and Labor Obligations and Positions, Salaries and Career Plans, have been evaluated various forms of improvements, but in some of them it will not be possible to change precisely because the company is small and in a small town Also, it has a lot of influence on the way you work, let's see this throughout the work.

Human Resources in order to systemically analyze the work developed by the company within each segment of the area to which this work is directed.

The objective of this project is to perform the marketing diagnosis of a company, that is, a study of the market and customers will be made to understand the positioning of the brand and plan future actions.
