Soeiro de; Cambaúva, Rafael Bragagnole; Silva, Rosana Ribeiro daIt is a legal opinion formulated for the consultant Renato, about the events now debated, involving his ex-spouse, the current mayor Adriana, and Nicholas, chief attorney of the city, as well as the actions taken by her during her term. The dispute deals with, the typical conduct practiced by Adriana, against the consultant and the chief prosecutor, because they had a loving relationship, in which, the Mayor had no knowledge. A priori, Adriana, having gained popular support, through the complaints made through her social networks, from the previous management, became known by the municipal population as the “citizen reporter”, her posts contained more reach than the local press.
