    In this Integrated Project (IP) we will address some topics related to advanced accounting in which we will evaluate some company reorganizations, whether merger, spin-off, among others. Going a little deeper into each of these types of corporate restructuring, their concepts and applications. Thus evaluating the combination of businesses, such as AvoneNatura or Sadia and Perdigão, which were companies that experienced some of the situations that we will address.

The study seeks to understand the dynamics of the economy in terms of mergers, acquisitions and spin-offs as a key factor in investment flows, as well as the implications for economic fundamentals, through the analysis of the main characteristics of the processes.
