The purpose of this Integrated Project (IP) is to analyze the corporate reorganization processes of a real company, in this case, Alcoa Alumínio S/A.
The title of the IP is “PROCESSES OF CORPORATE REORGANIZATION”, whose purpose is to carry out an analysis on the processes of corporate reorganization, in particular, case studies involving recent real situations.
