    In this Integrated Project (IP) we will address some topics related to advanced accounting in which we will evaluate some company reorganizations, whether merger, spin-off, among others. Going a little deeper into each of these types of corporate restructuring, their concepts and applications. Thus evaluating the combination of businesses, such as AvoneNatura or Sadia and Perdigão, which were companies that experienced some of the situations that we will address.
