    The objective of this project is to present the processes that involve a corporate reorganization, the legal bases, the responsible bodies and the respective accounting pronouncements. The study seeks to understand the dynamics of the economy in terms of mergers, acquisitions and spin-offs as a key factor in investment flows, as well as the implications for economic fundamentals, through the analysis of the main characteristics of the processes.
