    The study on the work of the hospital psychologist showed that those working in this specific area face several difficulties in terms of treatment, application and fulfillment of their function. There is a range of attributions for the professional, such as patient care, support to families and a team of professionals. Patients suffer from different types of emotions, since they are in an environment different from their experience, facing the uncertainty of the treatment, generating fear and stress.
