With that, through bibliographical publications, this research identified the difficulties that make up the profession, with the objective of bringing greater knowledge about the field of work of the teacher-teacher, helped to understand how the routine, demands, difficulties and the profile of the same; also understanding how the profession is currently, especially during and after the pandemic.
