    .From a problem presented, where the director of a public school analyzed the students' performances, we can analyze and discuss the issues in which the students' families live, observing from data, the economic and social situation in which the family is inserted relating to social inequalities and alienation at work according to Marx, and the consequences of capitalism and work in the school environment, the presence of parents and guardians in students' lives is certainly important for students' development towards society, relating to the principles of the Earth Charter involving society as a single community, based on this vision of a democratic and civilized society.

    In this work, we will address the issue of low development of early childhood education students in a public school and analyze the causes that influenced this low learning. The objective of P.I is to help us understand how we build a more just and egalitarian, democratic and humanized society, as per the principles of the Earth Charter and also in accordance with the Federal Constitution of 1988. Thus, how to put it into practice in day-to-day life with society and also when we graduated and were exercising our skills as teachers in the classroom. The P.I also aims to make society aware of its role, as individuals who can contribute to providing students with 21st Century Education in a broad manner, and thus, form citizens who know their role in society.

    According to director Judith's research, which presents the difficulty she has been facing with the low growth of children in the second year of elementary school in the Early Years, and also the complaints that the teachers' report has questioned, is the lack of support from families in the their school process, which has been frustrating and delaying these children's education. And also understanding how important the connection and necessary care between families, students, and the institution is, understanding the importance between both to obtain better results. Because, with the help of those responsible for the student, it becomes simpler to create an efficient and encouraging teaching environment for them. Thus, this teaching results in students with great motivation to develop in teaching.

    In the educational scenario presented, director Judith was faced with a significant challenge at her school, where the academic results of second-year elementary school students were below expectations, accompanied by low growth in learning development. Furthermore, the lack of support from students' families was also identified as an obstacle. The relationship between family and school plays a crucial role in children's educational development. By adopting the principles of Education in the 21st century, the director can promote a more positive interaction between these two spheres. This involves personalizing learning according to students' individual needs, actively involving parents in the educational process, adopting technologies to facilitate communication and access to real-time information, promoting collaboration among everyone involved, and preparing students with educational existing ones, but also shape a more dynamic and effective educational environment for the future, contributing to the academic and personal success of students.
