    The teacher did not give the student a chance to explain herself, he was completely authoritarian in his words and placed him above any work without having any type of empathy and understanding with the student, he was worried about the program and did not realize that a note that passed from hand in hand harmed a great learning experience for the students. Democratic management consists of observing the role of citizenship in the school environment. Reception involves professionals and the community in carrying out projects that seek to embrace citizenship.
