Item Gestão e Espaços Escolares(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) FRANCISCO, Catia Daniela F.; MEDICI,Fatima AparecidaThe teacher's attitude towards the situation reveals a lack of sensitivity in dealing with emotional issues and values in the school environment. The role of the teacher goes beyond the transmission of academic content, including the ethical and citizenship training of students. Student negligence and teacher negligence in addressing situations contribute to the perpetuation of a negative school environment. To promote democratic management and expand training for citizenship, the team of teachers and the school community can act organically. An effective action would be the implementation of socio-emotional education programs, addressing topics such as respect, empathy and problem solving. , the creation of spaces for dialogue between teachers, students and parents can facilitate open discussions about coexistence and values, promoting a culture of respect and inclusion. These collaborative practices contribute to the construction of a healthier school environment, where the student's integral education is produced.Item Gestão e Espaços Escolares(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) PINHEIRO, Juliane da Costa; MEDICI,Fatima AparecidaThe school violence scenario has grown too much and the majority of cases are due to bullying. The omission of teachers is irrelevant, since they are the ones who must ensure the values and integrity of students in the school environment and in addition to transmitting knowledge of the educational system, contributing to the ethical and moral formation of students. Thus, when evaluating the teacher's attitude in the situation in question, it is clear that the students' attitude is clearly seen as bullying, as they refer negatively in writing to the physical shape of their classmate.Item Gestão e Espaços Escolares(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) VARGAS, Camila Vogt Zanelli; MEDICI,Fatima AparecidaThe teacher did not give the student the opportunity she needed so that she could expose the incident of the humiliating attitude on the part of the other students, which in turn went unnoticed in the eyes of the teacher who was unaware of the movement in the classroom, the educator ended up providing of a stance that contradicts what is expected of a teacher in relation to attitudinal content in the classroom, since such content corresponds to the experience of values, some of these values being solidarity, respect and empathy. Such values are essential for the educator to master the classroom, since he must present coherence between his speech and his attitudes. Democratic management is the basis for the active and integral practice of the school community, as it is one of the ways to practice citizenship in schools, as it relies on education professionals and community members in decision-making, considering various points of views and ideas. The development and implementation of a political pedagogical project, which seeks training for citizenship and its practices while respecting diversity, can be a way to expand citizenship and its exercise.Item Gestão e Espaços Escolares(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) CANDIDO, Ellen Vitória Aparecida; MEDICI, Fatima AparecidaThe school, like all the spaces we occupy, is a plural environment, this space is taken care of by the entire support team, management and teachers so that there are harmonious relationships prioritizing the respect for differences and specificities, seeking the appreciation of each individual and the feeling of belonging. It is common for conflicts to occur between children, as they are constantly changing, going through a process of development and construction of their identity.Item Gestão e Espaços Escolares(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) OLIVEIRA, Aline Ferreira; MEDICI, Fatima AparecidaA teacher must not only transmit content, but also promote positive values and attitudes, intervening in situations that affect students' emotional well-being. Include lectures or collaborative projects that address topics such as respect, empathy and combating bullying, providing a more inclusive environment and promoting better social coexistence.Item Gestão e Espaços Escolares(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) TEIXEIRA, Fabiana Cássia da Silva; MEDICI,Fatima AparecidaSeeing that this teacher was very unhappy in his attitude towards this situation, he should have welcomed it, in a more empathetic way, supporting it and consequently punishing the aggressor of this traumatic violence. Many actions to strengthen democratic management in schools would be the collective elaboration of the PPP and internal regulations, implementation of school councils and ordinary meetings with parents and teachers.Item Gestão e Espaços Escolares(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) TELINI, Maria Fernanda; MEDICI,Fatima AparecidaTeachers play an extremely important role in the academic and moral ethics of students. The educator's attitude towards what happened was completely inappropriate, he should have intervened and listened to his student, giving her due attention, he should have promoted a discussion with colleagues about bullying and empathy, advising students to treat everyone with due respect respect. Ignoring the event only makes it worse and does not contribute to students' behavioral values.Item Gestão e Espaços Escolares(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) MATURANA, Karla Yasmim Pereira; MEDICI,Fatima AparecidaWhen analyzing the case study, we noticed the lack of some significant points for a teacher, taking into account its importance, as it is the fundamental piece of the puzzle that is a classroom. One of the biggest challenges that teachers face is the effective transmission of information and the lack of moral sense of some students, justified by the lack of family participation, fundamental for moral development, as these students need an individualized look, focused on their relationships. , socioeconomic and cultural, but it is clear that the school alone does not change the individual's behavior, actions between the community and the school are necessary, which together bring experiences and examples of the social body, also projects that include voluntary work, citizenship and informal meetings, where the family goes to the school to socialize and engage in essential issues, when it comes to a human being in training. Therefore, the role of the teacher and the school are important for the understanding and formation of life as a whole. This strong foundation serves to understand the world in which they live, as the social function of the school is to create opportunities for everyone.Item Gestão e Espaços Escolares(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) SILVA, Kellen Aparecida da; MEDICI,Fatima AparecidaBullying is a problem that affects not only Brazil but the entire world. The topic has gained prominence over the years due to the magnitude of the consequences of these acts. It is in the educational environment that bullying is most present, in which children and adolescents unfortunately suffer frequent physical or psychological attacks from their peers. The teacher, in addition to being a mediator of knowledge, is also responsible for the well-being of students in the classroom, he is the main point of reference for students, therefore, the educator must immediately repudiate any action related to the embarrassment of another student, presenting dynamics capable of circumventing the situation or addressing the topic regarding inclusion and tolerance towards other students.Item Gestão e Espaços Escolares(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) LOPES, Gleicyane de Lima; MEDICI, Fatima AparecidaWhen we analyzed the teacher's attitude, he did not give the student the opportunity to speak out and expose the fact that was being experienced, a moment of bullying and defamation, causing psychological and embarrassing harm.Item Gestão e Espaços Escolares(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) GALDINO, Marlene dos Santos; MEDICI,Fatima AparecidaThe teacher's attitude can be considered wrong in the situation, as some bad jokes called bullying can cause serious psychological damage to those who experience such embarrassing moments. The teacher should immediately interrupt the class to prevent inappropriate behavior by students and provide necessary guidance and punishments so that student Cátia feels more respected in this situation.Item Gestão e Espaços Escolares(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) CIPRIANO, Isabel Cristina da Silva; MEDICI,Fatima AoarecidaThe school institution has a very important social role, as it helps to promote values and moral norms that will guide people's social lives. It is up to teachers to carry out activities that help in the act of thinking and reflecting on attitudes and situations that may harm coexistence in society. The management team has an important role in providing tools to teachers so that these reflection interventions can exist in the school environment.Item Gestão e Espaços Escolares(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) MELO, Marcela de Cássia da Cruz; MEDICI,Fatima AparecidaThe teacher, worried about teaching the content for the test, did not pay due attention to the girl. He remained unaware of what was going on in the room and did not notice that an embarrassing note was circulating among the students. His attitude should have been different, because, in addition to the content being very important, the attitudinal content is also of great importance for the smooth running of the classes. He should have looked at the note and talked to Cátia if this happened frequently or was it the first time. And after this conversation, he approached the class making them reflect on their attitude. Showing them that these attitudes have terrible consequences for the colleague. It can trigger psychological problems such as depression and anxiety. And explain to them about diversity, ethics and the importance of respecting differences.Item Gestão e Espaços Escolares(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) VARGAS, Fabio Ronan Tavares; MEDICI,Fatima AparecidaBearing in mind the role of mediator that the teacher plays, his attitude towards not only the student who was bullied but also all the students in the class, goes against educational values, thus showing not only his lack of attention to the students but the lack of their attention to what the educator was teaching.Item Gestão e Espaços Escolares(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) ELIAS, Nayara Caroline Moraes; MEDICI,Fatima AparecidaThe teacher did not give the student a chance to speak out, placing compliance with the program above any demand from the students, given the test that would be administered. In this sense, he privileged work with content of a different order, since attitudinal content concerns the experience of values. To some extent, preoccupied with the program, he was inattentive to what was happening in the classroom, not noticing that a defamatory note was passing from hand to hand, while the students were equally inattentive. Compliance with the program became his objective without necessarily worrying about the real and meaningful learning of students. The role of a teacher in proposing attitudinal content is, at least, to show coherence between his speech and his actions. Then, carry out experiential activities in which affective bonds can be established, without necessarily leaving the specific content of your subject unexplored, that is, it is not a waste of time to “invest” in training the student to experience values. If the teacher had stopped the activity he was developing to explore the situation that occurred with Cátia, helping the class to review the attitude that left the student embarrassed, he would certainly have saved time, as the class's attention could be gained in later activities, with better learning possibilities. Democratic management constitutes one way, among others, of exercising citizenship in the school environment. The participation of school professionals and community members in daily life and in decision-making processes is a way of carrying out this exercise, as it involves welcoming different points of view, negotiation, respect for the will of the majority, without forgetting to consider what the majority thinks. minority.Item Gestão e Espaços Escolares(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) SOUZA, Hebbmara de Fátima dos Reis; MEDICI,Fatima AparecidaThe various demands that have shaped educators within the classroom have drawn attention to socio-emotional factors. Furthermore, the entire scenario of students, their desires, expectations for the future, are situations that in the school environment become more latent and consequently these students become vulnerable. Therefore, the teacher's conduct, the The ability to deal with conflicting situations will be the engine that will contribute to quality teaching.Item Gestão e Espaços Escolares(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) PERAL, Ana Paula Beraldo; MEDICI,Fatima AparecidaThe school aims at the integral formation of the individual, his emancipation in society. The attitude of the teacher who did not give the student the chance to report her problem was wrong, he missed the chance to work on emotional values with the students and create a bond with the class. The teacher should have listened to the student and talked to the students about what happened, he could have consulted with the school's pedagogical coordinator about the course of action that could be taken in the case.Item Gestão e Espaços Escolares(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) MISTURA, Damares da Silva; MEDICI,Fatima AparecidaWe can imagine how challenging the role of a teacher is in society, having to deal with different conflicts every day, in addition to the responsibility of fulfilling their lesson plans and passing on their knowledge. We know that when teaching we have to have an attentive and detailed look at everything around us, even small gestures and attitudes, because in addition to teaching, we have to learn to listen.Item Gestão e Espaços Escolares(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) PEREIRA, Helton Carlos Sabino; MEDICI,Fatima AparecidaThe teacher's role is not only to teach, but also to collaborate with the formation of students' social being, helping to build awareness and empathy towards others. The teacher in the aforementioned case did not have the correct attitude towards the student because any and all doubts, even if they are not related to the content, must receive the necessary attention because, however simple and futile the doubt may seem, it can actually be a serious doubt and, often, the teacher is the only one accessible enough to resolve these issues. In this case, the teacher should have listened to the student and mediated an intervention and from there plan some content that explores topics such as bullying, empathy and solidarity as well as inclusion. Dedicating time to talk about these topics and working on this with students is important as school is often the only place where this type of content will be covered in the student's life.Item Gestão e Espaços Escolares(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) PAN, Bruna Gonçalves Faquieri; MEDICI,Fatima AparecidaThe teacher should not have acted that way, first of all he should have checked what that paper was about. The role of the teacher is not restricted only to the transmission of academic knowledge, but also includes the comprehensive training of students, covering social, ethical and emotional aspects. The student felt offended at that moment and this could cause psychological harm to her. A teacher faced with a situation like this should adopt a careful and proactive approach to ensure everyone's well-being, making an immediate intervention, interrupting the class briefly to address the situation, talking to Cátia and the other students, promoting respect and empathy . These are actions that democratic management and the community can act together: One of them is the holding of student assemblies, by class or general, where everyday problems at the school can be discussed, such as cases like this. It can also encourage participation in school and class councils or even implement a PPP, which aims to provide training with citizenship and respect for differences or even the implementation of an interdisciplinary project that addresses topics such as empathy, respect, and assertive communication .
