We calculate the average liability in the company according to the number of employees. In the management of labor liabilities, we have seen which liabilities exist in the company, detailing the unlawful acts on the part of the company and presenting solutions for the respective liabilities. S. de; Batista, Dirceu F.; Santos, Mariângela M.; Silva, Bianca Rosa da; Custódio, Valdinéia AparecidaIn this third module of the Accounting Science Course we had as theme for our project the Development of a Labor Liability Management Plan, with the objective of applying what was passed to us in the disciplines, from how to create a company, the importance of good management. both in the financial and legal administration with essential knowledge of the labor laws that must be followed according to the Federal Constitution (CF), Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) and the Civil Code (CC), in order to identify the possible liabilities of the Company. company, propose solutions for them and also give tips to prevent them from happening. For the development of the project it was necessary to put into practice the learning of the study units throughout the semester. With the guidance of the Professor of Legal Aspects of Corporate Structuring, it was possible to demonstrate how a cooperative is constituted.
