This knowledge is acquired in the classroom, in the subjects offered in each period by the university. However, this is not enough. In a globalized world, where knowledge networks intertwine, it is evident how important it is to interdisciplinary all the contents learned. This is the purpose of this type of project. For the creation of this, it is essential to apply the knowledge acquired in the classroom in practice, in order to develop technical and theoretical skills of the content learned. Therefore, it is necessary to study the financial statements of a company. The group chose to create a scenario, as if it were a fictional company to be able to develop the Interdisciplinary Project (IP). The fictitious company is called GBG Ltda. S. de; Batista, Dirceu F.; Santos, Mariângela M.; Silva, Bianca Rosa da; Custódio, Valdinéia AparecidaIn this third module of the Accounting Science Course we had as theme for our project the Development of a Labor Liability Management Plan, with the objective of applying what was passed to us in the disciplines, from how to create a company, the importance of good management. both in the financial and legal administration with essential knowledge of the labor laws that must be followed according to the Federal Constitution (CF), Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) and the Civil Code (CC), in order to identify the possible liabilities of the Company. company, propose solutions for them and also give tips to prevent them from happening. For the development of the project it was necessary to put into practice the learning of the study units throughout the semester. With the guidance of the Professor of Legal Aspects of Corporate Structuring, it was possible to demonstrate how a cooperative is constituted.
