S. de; Batista, Dirceu F.; Santos, Mariângela M.; Silva, Bianca Rosa da; Custódio, Valdinéia AparecidaIn this third module of the Accounting Science Course we had as theme for our project the Development of a Labor Liability Management Plan, with the objective of applying what was passed to us in the disciplines, from how to create a company, the importance of good management. both in the financial and legal administration with essential knowledge of the labor laws that must be followed according to the Federal Constitution (CF), Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) and the Civil Code (CC), in order to identify the possible liabilities of the Company. company, propose solutions for them and also give tips to prevent them from happening. S. de; Batista, Dirceu F.; Santos, Mariangela M.; Casadei, Amanda Alves; Corrêa, Bárbara da Silva; Martins, Bruna Karoline da Silva; Paula, Tais Cristina Gomes de; Silva, Thais Marceli Gazatto daThe Interdisciplinary Project of the 3rd module of Accounting Sciences aims to carry out a study to identify the labor liabilities of the Real Credit Cooperative, with the purpose of managing these debts and finding solutions so that there are no future problems for the cooperative. In the Legal Aspects of Corporate Structuring unit, a roadmap was prepared on how to open a Credit Cooperative and it was also demonstrated from the necessary documents, to the agencies that will release the licenses and operating permits.
