In this interdisciplinary project the theme addressed was the Controllership, where through five disciplines, we conducted a study and analysis of a real company. In our project, we chose TOTVS, a Brazilian technology company, which specializes in developing solutions and businesses for players of all sizes. In the Corporate Finance study unit, we learned about Economic Value Added (EVA), which indicates how much value a company has added to the market, Earnings Before Interests, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA), which enables us to see the resource a company has generated. through its operational activities. In the Strategic Cost Management course, we learn to separate, classify, and calculate the value of a company's costs and expenses. In Management Accounting, we study the breakeven point, considered one of the most important methods for the financial control of a company, it shows us the amount of sales to make to equal costs and expenses, so that we get a result equal to zero. . In the Analysis of Financial Statements discipline, the Horizontal and Vertical Analyzes were performed, all calculations of the ratios that allow us to visualize the situation of the company. In the Controllership discipline, the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) was elaborated, with the various types of indicators.

The topic addressed was ICASA's Socio-Environmental Actions and their Impacts on the Environment and Andradian Population. We chose the company because it is well known in the sanitary ware business and is one of the largest companies in the city where it is located. In Human Behavior in Organizations, we analyzed through interviews with company employees, the internal situation of the work environment. The interview consisted of a semi-structured questionnaire, which helped to conclude that the company environment is harmonious. In Scientific Methodology, it was approached the research methods that guided us to the elaboration of the questionnaire, also approaching how to elaborate a theme with objective, problem, justification, hypothesis and how to format an academic work. In Labor Relations at the Contemporary Society, the socioeconomic situation of the municipality of Andradas, where the company is located, was studied. ATLAS BRASIL was used as a base, which makes it possible to demonstrate the points that the company can contribute to the development of the local community.

Accounting practice requires a wide range of knowledge. This knowledge is acquired in the classroom, in the subjects offered in each period by the university. However, this is not enough. In a globalized world, where knowledge networks intertwine, it is evident how important it is to interdisciplinary all the contents learned. This is the purpose of this type of project. For the creation of this, it is essential to apply the knowledge acquired in the classroom in practice, in order to develop technical and theoretical skills of the content learned. Therefore, it is necessary to study the financial statements of a company. The group chose to create a scenario, as if it were a fictional company to be able to develop the Interdisciplinary Project (IP). The fictitious company is called GBG Ltda. And it will be described within the project.

This Interdisciplinary Project will present analysis of labor liability management of the company Supermercado Biazoto, located in Espírito Santo do Pinhal / SP, it was founded in 1974 by two brothers, Antonio Biazoto and Ângelo Biazoto. It started with a simple grocery store, evolved to become a reference in prices and quality, remaining active in the market for over 40 years. Last year (2016) was acquired the 2nd unit of the store located in the city center. We started with the criteria of the constitution of the treated company, specifying the desired location for opening, licenses and mandatory registrations for the beginning of the activities of a commercial establishment faithful to the one studied in this unit. Next, the Biazoto Supermercado staff data were collected, identifying and specifying the labor liabilities existing between the sectors.

In this project we had as objective to elaborate a labor liability management plan, presenting possible solutions to avoid the liabilities, as well as some ways of payment of them, without compromising the working capital of the company Supermercados Big Bom. We calculate the average liability in the company according to the number of employees. In the management of labor liabilities, we have seen which liabilities exist in the company, detailing the unlawful acts on the part of the company and presenting solutions for the respective liabilities. In the legal aspects of corporate structuring, we raised the procedures and documentation necessary to start a company such as the Big Bom Supermarket.

The Interdisciplinary Project of the 3rd module of Accounting Sciences aims to carry out a study to identify the labor liabilities of the Real Credit Cooperative, with the purpose of managing these debts and finding solutions so that there are no future problems for the cooperative. In the Legal Aspects of Corporate Structuring unit, a roadmap was prepared on how to open a Credit Cooperative and it was also demonstrated from the necessary documents, to the agencies that will release the licenses and operating permits.

This project aims to disseminate the subjects taught to the practical content. The chosen company was an idea and characterization made by the students themselves, which was chosen employees, main activity of the company, fancy name, corporate name and so on. In the study units we put into practice with Prof. Luiz Francisco A. S. de Faria as well as all the steps to start a company, mirroring the same we chose. With Prof. Marcelo Ferreira Siqueira, we found out how to identify a labor liability, and also how future accountants indicate the best solution for the entrepreneur to eliminate them. Already with Profa. Renata Marcondes, we found the probability of liabilities according to employees and sectors of the company. In the study unit Quantitative Methods Applied to Business with Profa. Prof. Mariângela M. Santos, we put into practice the updating of all labor liabilities debts, made with the calculation of compound interest. Finally with Prof. Dirceu F. Batista, we analyze the company's balance sheet, knowing its liquidity and debt ratio, also the impact of the company's total liabilities and how to resolve them.

The general objective of this work was to prepare a projection of the income statement, taking into account financial and economic scenarios of the company MARISA LOJAS SA. its organizational structure and organization chart. In Accounting Fundamentals, we performed the vertical analysis of the balance sheet and the DRE, along with the asset and liability composition charts, and the calculation of the company's TRI and TRPL. In the Fundamentals of Economics study unit, DRE was projected according to the current economic scenario and market analysis. In the Fundamentals of Law section, it was analyzed which type of company MARISA LOJAS S.A fits in and what is its taxation modality. In Fundamentals of Finance, the net present value of projected earnings in the Fundamentals of Economics study unit was calculated.

We also researched their market structures, their form of taxation and their objectives. We chose Lojas Americanas, as well as being a nationally known company, it is very pleasant to study there, as its data was very visible on the company's website and also has a great diversity of products, several stores spread throughout Brazil besides being a retail giant.
