The main objective of this project is to demonstrate the Supply Chain methods of a pet food trade, the management and logistics methods that provide and organize all the processes necessary for that the company can commercialize the products, considering from the negotiation with the suppliers until the supply of the stock.

In the face of increasing competitiveness, companies that sell products in the traditional way, or over the internet, are unable to obtain an advantage over their competitors without the implementation of high performance logistics networks. Logistics is in charge of improving the profitability level of distribution, through planning, organization and control of transport and storage activities, facilitating the flow of materials (CH ING, 2001). The same author highlights, as the objective of logistics, the delivery of products, or services, to the buyer at the correct time and time, at the lowest possible cost and under predetermined conditions.
