The starting point was to learn more about the company, which is one of the largest in the food sector in South America.

Logistics is in charge of improving the profitability level of distribution, through planning, organization and control of transport and storage activities, facilitating the flow of materials (CH ING, 2001). The same author highlights, as the objective of logistics, the delivery of products, or services, to the buyer at the correct time and time, at the lowest possible cost and under predetermined conditions.
