    “Since our birth, we have been immersed in groups, in arrangements of different people who sometimes share goals, sometimes come together at random, but who inevitably need to interact and live in a group” (COSTA, 2020, p.8). What does the author mean by this? is that the first group that people are inserted are families and it is from this group that the rules of coexistence and conduct that will shape their personality will come. Then comes the coexistence with the school group, sports group, college groups until reaching the work groups.
