    In this present work we will approach the company ARTFAROL INDUSTRIA E COMERCIO LTDA. With it we will understand important concepts. How important is teamwork in companies? This will be our first topic in which we will be addressing important concepts about how a good, structured and well-defined team is important for the organizational environment, as an example we will use the company Artfaro, explaining how it has been structuring itself to better develop its tasks in teams, all feeling really important in their sector and in their services provided by the organization.
