This work aims to show positive and negative points and some tips on communication in a corporate environment using as an example the communication in a real company, the company chosen to be the basis of this work was Johnson & Johnson from São José Dos Campos, we used information collected by our colleague Raquel who works at the company and information collected from reliable internet sites and also from the company's own website.
