In this present work, several behavioral issues will be presented in the middle of an organization, highlighting interpersonal communication, using as an example a real company (MAGAZINE LUIZA S.A) in order to show situations that match the reality of an organization and solve doubts on how to create a relationship with communication and how it influences in organizational functioning.
