    For an organization to achieve its goals, effective communication is necessary, but for this communication to be effective, some techniques are needed, because, even with the advancement of technology and tools that make communication faster, the human being is still the protagonist. behind the effectiveness of all the results of that communication. Starting from the premise that good communication is done with the understanding of who receives the message, a good elaboration of the message to be transmitted is necessary, which can be clear and objective but also subliminal, leaving it to the receiver of the message to understand it. .
